Meet the Doctors
Michael Neeley, D.D.S., P.A.
Dr. Neeley is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry and Texas A&M University. He holds fellowships in the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics, the International Congress of Implantology and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He has published articles in the Texas Dental Journal and has written papers on the relationship between chronic headaches and dental mal-occlusion. He has extensive experience and success in treating patients with chronic and Migraine Headaches. He holds two U.S. Patents on dental devices. He lectures at numerous conferences including the International Dental Conference in Russia, Italy, and Germany.
Before starting his dental career, Dr. Neeley proudly served in the Navy during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Enterprise. Dr. Neeley was a clinical instructor at Baylor College of Dentistry before starting his private practice. For the past 30 years Dr. Neeley has been active in dental missionary work in Guatamala. Dr. Neeley’s dental practice is devoted to painless dentistry. He utilizes the latest laser dental and implant dentistry technology to date, while trying to keep costs reasonable for families. He is a long time resident of the Lakewood area and a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School.
Jesse Arbaugh, DDS
Dr. Arbaugh has lived in Texas for the last 42 years. After attending high school in Waco, Texas, Dr. Arbaugh graduated summa cum laude from Southwest Texas State in San Marcos, Texas. While in college, Dr. Arbaugh was a member of the Polymer Research Group, which developed new plastic coatings for companies such as NASA, Central Glass, and Estee Lauder. Dr. Arbaugh also continued his passion for research by accepting a summer internship at MD Anderson Cancer Research Center where he helped try to isolate the Retinoblastoma gene in the Xiphophorus maculatus. Dr. Arbaugh has been fortunate enough to have his work published and has given several presentations on his research.
While working on his masters in Chemistry, Dr. Arbaugh was accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry. At Baylor, Dr. Arbaugh was on the Dean’s List every semester and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (honor dental fraternity made up of the top 10% of graduating seniors). Dr. Arbaugh was the only student in his class at Baylor College of Dentistry to receive a scholarship to the Pierre Fauchard Academy (an international honor dental organization). After obtaining his dental degree, Dr. Arbaugh completed twenty months of additional training in the Graduate Endodontic Program at Baylor.
Dr. Arbaugh is married to his wife, Natalie, and has a daughter, Payton. In his spare time, Dr. Arbaugh enjoys charity work, college football, traveling the world and coaching his daughter’s volleyball team.
Haifa Jamaleddine, DDS
Dr. Haifa Jamaleddine, “Dr .J”, was born in Beirut, Lebanon and has lived in Texas for almost 20 years. After graduating high school, she moved to Texas with her family and attended the University of Texas in Arlington. She received her bachelors in Biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004. She continued on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2008 from Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. J is a member of several organizations, including the ADA, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and Texas Association of Women Dentists. She loves dentistry and volunteers her time to Texas Mission of Mercy. Dr. J stays up to date with all the new technology and advancements in dentistry through her continuing education, in order to provide a more comprehensive treatment plan and choices for her patients, including laser dentistry and implants.

Dr. J lives in Murphy with her husband of 14 years and 4 children. She enjoys travel, trying out new cuisines and cheering on her kids at soccer games.
Kathryn Minton, DDS
Dr. Kathryn Minton received a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1984 from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas (now part of Texas A & M University) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has been in private practice in the Dallas area since 1984 and has taught at both Baylor College of Dentistry and Brookhaven College. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society and the American Association of Dental Editors. In addition, she is a Fellow of The International College of Dentists. Dr. Minton is a native of Independence, Missouri. She has two daughters and is married to her high school sweetheart. She has resided in Dallas since 1981.
Chris Morgan MD, MPH Anesthesiologist Board Certified
Dr. Morgan is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist, specializing in all avenues of office-based and ambulatory sedation and anesthesia. He is a native of North Texas, and after attaining his medical degree at the University of Texas, he underwent Anesthesia training at the prestigious UTHSCSA Department of Anesthesiology. During that time, he tended to some of the most challenging and critical anesthetic cases at several hospitals, including the only Level 1 trauma center in the region.
Dr. Morgan has served as a faculty anesthesiologist, training both resident doctors and medical students alike. He was also appointed medical Director and Chief of Anesthesia at Alliance Health Durant for the past several years. In addition, he leads a prominent Interventional Pain Practice in the area. His anesthesia practice focuses on patient safety, comfort and the highest quality of care available.
